holy shit, i saw the quad video from there it was scary. the guy literally darts the syringe into his quad. haha, i always go relatively slow. still don't feel pain and plus you can feel if you are getting close to a nerve before slicing it.

Oh yes!! I feel your pain...literally!! I did a quad shot of sust w/ 1 1/2 " needle......Big Mistake. I did hit the bone or a nerve or both. I had to literally drag myself across the floor to get around for a week or so. It was quite comical to look at me, but very painful on my end. Never...never again!!!!
