ohhhhh......bad bad weekend. I drank up last night and nursed the hangover with 4 pieces of pizza, 3 Nutrigrain bars, 4 bowls of Kashi cereal, 2 bowls of oatmeal, 2 tuna fish sandwiches, 3 boiled egg whites.
I look pregnant - my stomach is soooo bloated.
My Q - what should I do to make up for this?! Should I go really low carbs for the next few days? Kick up the cardio for the next few days? How do you guys talk yourselves out of gorging when you feel it coming on?
Who can offer me a few comforting words?!?!
