I've never used their products, so I'm not sure of the concentrations. There's a easier way to take it though. Get some of your fish oil caps, use a syringe and suck out all the oil, and replace it with whatever you need to take.

get some empty gel caps,,,fill them,,,then swallow your dose.

get a tiny rubber hose, put a funnel in one end, stick the hose down your throat, and let it run by itself...ain't feel shit.
