I've never used their products, so I'm not sure of the concentrations. There's a easier way to take it though. Get some of your fish oil caps, use a syringe and suck out all the oil, and replace it with whatever you need to take.

get some empty gel caps,,,fill them,,,then swallow your dose.

As I said...I have no idea what their products taste like, I don't use them. I've had a few nasty liquids to swallow before though, and that method kills the taste completely.
