I learned how to snowboard!

I lived in Canada where there was snow on the ground for a good 6 months of the year and never tried skiing or snowboarding....Last week we drove to Pennsylvania where they make their own snow (it looks like the stuff in a snow cone!) My poor body felt like it had been hit by a truck for 2 days after, but it was so much fun. It took 4 hours the first day to do 4 runs...spent pretty much the whole time on my ass! The 2nd day I rocked! Didn't think I would ever miss the snow when I left home....
