No, all gay men don't speak with a lisp. Probably about half of them do....the half that do are the ones you know are gay, the ones who don't are the ones who you think are straight. Personally i don't speak with a lisp, I don't like musicals, I have no interior decorating ability, I'm not very neat, I like sports and I'm gay.....so, heaven forbid, stereotypes aren't always true.
