Nope TripleV, don't get much of a pump but that's prolly because I've been doing this sort of thing most of my life. And New@, the sad thing is that my calves are FAR AND AWAY my strongest bodypart. It's not from lack of heavy training that they're tiny! Thanks a lot dad.
