I ran EQ before @600/wk. for 13(along w/ test) and didn't really notice much. I've always wanted to try deca but was scared of deca dick. I'm in the 5th wk. of test and deca and man are the workouts painfree. Strength is through the roof. No limp root. I'm up 16lbs. already and not nearly as smooth(water ret.) as I was worried about. I know everyone is dif. but this has been a great addition w/ the test I run.
