ummmm.....not good, not incredibly bad....kinda bad is the best word

bad exam result, gym closed for 2 days unexplained meaning a fucked up gym week (plus missed leg day to revise), very ill friend whos relativly close (not life threatining but life affecting), general frustrations at life and thats pretty much about it
