I give in, pre superdrol cycle plan

I cant take it anymore. I have had a bottle of superdrol in my room for the last 4 months waiting and waiting till i put on alittle weight. I decided to take it at the begining of april.I know i will be advised against doing this but theres nothing you can do about it so you might as well sit and watch.

Age-19
Height-6

Bf- deff below 10% will get back on this

plan:
cycle length-3 weeks
Starting out with 10mg for first 3 days then jumpring to 20mgs for the remaning 18 days.

Supplements
1000mg milk thistle
1200 RYR
3g tourine
60mg coq10
Hawthorn berry
NAC
glutamine 10-15
and the obv-Muscle milk and lots of flax oil
multi

Diet:
Im not gonna write out my whole days worth of food but here are my guidlines- eggs,chicken,tuna,nat PB-, oats tons of fruits and veggies, muscle milk shakes, lots of flax, peanuts, everything whole wheat. PWO will be custom shake from protien factory made of various proteins, malto, and dextrose.

NO's
-fast food
-rarely red meat
-soda, and other junk food

workouts:
s1 L1 L2 L3 L4 L5 disc's in my back are all buldging due to deadlifts and work therefor i hate to say it but this workout will not considt of deadlifts, presses, or squats.

It will be a 2 day split with a very light leg day that i wont even count as a workout day.
Mon
Chest:
Flat bech -3x4-6
Incline D-bell- 3x6
weighted dips- 3X6

Triceps:
Skullcrushers-3x4-6
stragiht bar pushdowns-3x6-8

shoulders:
due to my back i will be doing a bunsh of raises and cable movements and then reverse peck deck and very light shrugs

Tues
Back:
again due to my back no barbell rows or deadlifts
wide grip pull ups-3 sets of as many i can do
not sure of the name but when you kneel on the bench and pull the d-bell up to your chest-3 sets 6-8 reps
v-bar pulldowns-3 sets 6-8 reps
hammerstength machine-3 sets 6-8 reps

Bi's:
seated hammer curls
ez-curl preacher curls
overhand grip ez-bar curls for forearms

ABS

WED- light legs/running

Thurs- pretty much same as monday but somewhat higher reps and barbell incline with flat d-bell press

friday same as wed with some light changes

Sat and Sun-off
 
today is my fourth day of 20mg. Diet has been between 4500-6000 cal and very very clean.
Dont notice anything diff yet except i get pissed off real real easy.
 
Thanks for the comments and suggestions guys. OK all i have to say is AX is the bomb! I took 1 cap of stim-x today and i think the superdrol is starting to kick in also but i had the best workout ever today. I did chest monday and today was going to be my light day but i outdid what i did on monday. I was unstopable.I still have over 2 weeks on superdrol to go!

Ax claims are serious, there products do everything they say they do and more! Im not used to that!

Im deffinitly going to pick up some retain. Thanks Viper
 
todays workout was good. Pump was great.

Everything is going as planned but as always nothings perfect.
SIDES-
Since i started taking drol i dont really feel"with it" haha i kinda feel like a zombie.Obv stuffing my face with foods i have no interest in eating and being full non stop doesnt help either. Oh and taking a shitload of flax everyday probally takes part in this also.

And also im not sure but i think i read this before, when on a drol cycle do you guys have trouble sleeping? it takes me awhile to get to sleep and i wake up a couple times a night. OH! and i have had a crazy dream everynight since i started taking this and i rarely ever had dreams before starting superdrol.

My sex drive has shit the bed, its very hard for me to get "going".
 
i begining to think im having a bad reaction to too much flax? I feel excellent today. No sides that i posted yest usually i would already have a few servings of flax in me but i wanted to see if that was it so i didnt take any today and so far no problems.
