I cant take it anymore. I have had a bottle of superdrol in my room for the last 4 months waiting and waiting till i put on alittle weight. I decided to take it at the begining of april.I know i will be advised against doing this but theres nothing you can do about it so you might as well sit and watch.

s1 L1 L2 L3 L4 L5 disc's in my back are all buldging due to deadlifts and work therefor i hate to say it but this workout will not considt of deadlifts, presses, or squats.
It will be a 2 day split with a very light leg day that i wont even count as a workout day.

Chest:
Flat bech -3x4-6
Incline D-bell- 3x6
weighted dips- 3X6
Triceps:
Skullcrushers-3x4-6
stragiht bar pushdowns-3x6-8
shoulders:
due to my back i will be doing a bunsh of raises and cable movements and then reverse peck deck and very light shrugs
Tues
Back:
again due to my back no barbell rows or deadlifts
wide grip pull ups-3 sets of as many i can do
not sure of the name but when you kneel on the bench and pull the d-bell up to your chest-3 sets 6-8 reps
v-bar pulldowns-3 sets 6-8 reps
hammerstength machine-3 sets 6-8 reps
Bi's:
seated hammer curls
ez-curl preacher curls
overhand grip ez-bar curls for forearms
ABS
WED- light legs/running
Thurs- pretty much same as monday but somewhat higher reps and barbell incline with flat d-bell press
friday same as wed with some light changes
