most ive done for any chest pressing is the 125s or 130s I guess on the flat or incline, I've never been a strong bencher, im just not built for it. I press in a bodybuilding style too, especially on incline; lower the bells to my clavicles and back up again, takes some poundage off. i wish i could slang those 160s tho
