iv been hitting back a little on legs days now since everything i do hits my shit twice per week except back only once, so i started getting in 50 pullups before my leg day.l

so im gunnna go in do 50 pullups, and not go heavy on legs. focus on form for squats, higher reps,

i did chest and arms, actually was a good workout

legs tomorrow morning before nfl starts

tonight, rest.

describe your chest workout, sets/reps/weight plz

incline smith - 185 x 12 (very slowly), 225 x 8, 255 x failure

decline smith - same weight, same slow movements, concentrating on the peak and stretching it out at the bottom

cable flyes - 30 x failure, 35 x failure, 40 x failure

chest is growling nicely from this simple workout

especially by skipping regular bench

wish i had some hammer strength equip to mix it up
starting to like the smith for pressing movements, takes pressure off of my cuffs

I usually find it more fun and easier on teh cuffs than a bar

yeah, but the fruit gym i'm training at for a few months only goes up to 100lbs on dbs, so i can't really progress.
