How's everyone doing? I've been lurkin here for a while & ordered my mk about 2-3 wks ago. About 5 days before i wanted to start my 30 day @ 12.5mg i was blindsided & t-boned totaling my car. thankfully i walked away with just bruises, 2 weeks out of the gym & 10 lbs lighter..... FUCK.. years of work seemed to diminish by some 17 year old asshole who ran a red light...

shit happens & that's what life is about: making the best of situations. so here goes my 30 day log

6'0 205lb 12%


12.5mg of MK-2866 for 30 days; I've also ran 2 past test+tren cycles, will be keeping updates along the way!


I'd also like to thank SarmSearch, Elitefitness & the board members for the knowledge!

You should go for 6-8 weeks.

i was actually thinking about doing this based on how the results are, money isnt an issue, so most likely i will extend it for 6 to 8 weeks!


I also just came back from the gym, got chest/tri's in
5x5 flat bench
5x5 incline db press
6x5 flat flies
5x5 close grip bench
6x5 overhead tri press
6x5 dips
5x5 tri pushdown

30mincardio+ 3-4sets of abs at the end of each workout

6 meals a day + 2-3 shakes pics will be here soon.

thanks for the support guys! i'll be running the 8 week, going to order another vial in about week with a mass amount of natty pb

today is legs, felt great all day yesterday i can't wait to see the prime of this stuff!

had a killer leg day, i've always found that my legs grew like a maniac being a 300lb freshman in high school having to lugg all that weight around.

4x6 extensions
5x6 leg press: 1 set warm up, 5 sets increasing a plate every set up to 6 plates on each side, then drop set 6-5-4-3-2-1 with no rest
5x5 squats
calfs+hams

20 min cool down cardio + 6 sets of abs

diet is & always will be on point, like I said I battled obesity freshman+sophmore year in high school & never turning back.

9am - 6whole eggs, 6 pieces of bacon
11 am - handful almonds, burger with cheese
1pm - shake
1:30- workout
3pm - shake
5-530- 10-14 oz of sirloin
7pm- almonds, possibly more steak/burger and/or bacon & eggs
9pm- shake

this will probably be my diet for the rest of my life, i despise carbs love protein & fat :chomp:

i also realized writing this helped me cool down from the bad day my girlfriend gave me... As far as the MK, it tastes delicious, & it seems as though i see the fuller look sort of a light pump all the time.
 
Good morning all !

Today is day 3 of mk-2866 @ 12.5mg & I must say I can see myself leaning out & looking very full 100% of the time. Yesterday I had a great leg workout & my wheels feel so fresh & very powerful!
The morning commode squat usually is an ache & pain but today like I mentioned every part of my body feels very refreshed & ready to work.

Today is an off day =\ although I always have an urge to run in there and get some cardio it's not really a necessity. I know from my past cycles rest is the key for growth along with lots of food!

On a side note I need to break out my syringes, being a detail freak the dropper isn't going to work too long :P
