How would you rate your genetics?

genetics = shitty...well i'm Sicilian and most of us are known for being fat bastards who sit around eating pasta and garlic all day while watching the sopranos and threatening to kill every telemarketer that calls us...but luckily i'm not from the fat side of the country lol...all in all though, lower bed strength prior to aas = absolutely rediculous...naturally leg press almost 1000lbs while formerly weighing in at 185lbs. upper body on the other hand was about as strong as a 2 year old lol...but thx to aas, strength is nice and well rounded in the gym and i'm a whopping 238lbs. with <18% BF at 5'11".
 
Genetics are decent. Im sicilian too, and I guess not from the fat side of the country. Im short, 5'6.. and naturally about 140. Im at 152 right now, just started up again yesterday, so Im hoping to get to about 170ish. Body fat not too high, abs visible, just that lower ab region i need to trim down a little. Naturally I was up to 275 bench and leg pressing reps of 700, while weighing 154. Always had really strong, thick legs. Now lets see where I get to now.

Based on the above factors, I'd say 7/10. I'm almost a pure mesomorph, unless I'm on a bulking cycle, I tend to bloat.

Tat, please answer some of my questions.
 
Guardian, my cycle was NOT massive, nor did I ever bet anyone I would get to 220. I said I'd get to 205-210 at 10-11% bf. I'm currently 200lbs and 11% at 5'5". Cycle is 600/week of EQ, 300week/masteron enth/ and 750/week of test enth. Big but nothing compared to what I plan to run in the future. I'll easily make the 205 or 210 that I predicted I'd make. 220 is for next bulker :D

my mistake. just curious on the progress. we dont hear from ya much.
 
My genetics? Depends on what we're talking about....but since this is a body-building/weight-lifting site, my genetics for that are average I suppose. I was an above-average athlete...get abs really easy, horrible endurance (lack of slow twitch fibers I guess), so-so strength....below-average pain tolerance. I don't build up easily, but can drop weight easily.

Chicks tell me I have a sexy body all the time. So I really don't give a fuuuuuuuuuck....LOL!
 
Terrible. Skinny frame, stores fat very easily, diabetic, small arms and shoulders, wide hips, poor response from steroids, and has man boobs.


After 6 years of going to the gym 5 days a week, brutal diets, multiple cycles, and every thing else to gain an edge, I look like an average guy who casually works out. I often walk around the gym damning all the guys who have it so easy.
