What if I wake up every two hours in the middle of the night cause I get hungry?
get up and eat.
i always broke my sleap into 2 sessons for that reason and a more steady flow of energy. there was nothing better than a hard w/o imediately followed by a big blast then 1/2 hour later a steak, sweat potato, broccoli meal 50mg dbol then a 4 hour sleap. i always woke up fealing like i gained in that 4 hours
