so i was going to make my own blend (that was pretty badass) but it ended up being just about $90 for 5lb's! lmao i put a lot of good shit into it like that hydrolyzed whey, super bovine, dextrose, bcaa's... you know the works.
anyway since i obviously couldn't afford that i decided to just go with big blast cause i've heard good things.
so my question is, how do i use it to it's maximum potential? post workout? pre workout? morning/evening? anytime i want?
