How to become bigger and stronger!!!

It sucks that the body needs some fat to gain muscle. B-fold, you are a monster! You look massive in your avatar! Can I see the pics of you at 175?

2) post work carb drink+ whey, 2x cereal bars
3)popcorn
4)roast beef - a few slices and lettuce
5)a whole lot of pasta and meat

hmm that's about it, no probs gaining strength and size here :)

You must have INCREDIBLE genetics my man. That's a blessing.

I was also skinny when younger. I was 6'3" and 150 pounds at 17 but went to 220 solid muscle when in ealry 20"s.
Since then
i have had muscle tears wich have caused me to lose a lot of muscl and I feel very depressed as my self esteem has taken ahuge blow.
any experience with injuries and training after you get injured?

The last time I got an x-ray at my Chiro's office...it showed my bone structure compared to a normal (a very small man or a woman) persons bone structure...

We should get together one day and just all day long. Just have a giant food party. Are you down?

By the way. That shopping list made me hungry. I am in the library studying economics and have no food.
