Well I wish I had started my run earlier, but at least I'm getting there faster now and properly, with my greater knowledge.

Still I wonder how much stronger I'd be now had I continued training from when I was 19-20 till now. 12 years would make me one strong dude! But I also wasn't training well back then, certainly I'm gaining at 4 times the rate now with lesser hormones and recovery potential

I sure did now silly things back then :)
 
I plan to keep training as hard as possible. After I pass 40, I will ease up on the intensity a little bit. For now, I have 16 years until I reach that point :D.
 
i just have to eat every 2 hours or so, or i'll get lethargic... and if my diet isn't on, well, my workouts suffer and my muscles get sore.. just blah all around... food is my fuel, without it i don't function properly... that's always been my take at a 'diet' ... when i get to 'cutting' or whatever i won't be changing what i eat much, i'll just have to take a meal out... and try to reason with my stomach

I'm the same way. I found it out just recently though, and started making better gains. Sucks, 'cause it makes years of previous training dust in the wind.
 
You guys eat enough to last me a week ;)

what I ate yesterday


1)whey, cereal bar, a small piece of chicken breast and some lettuce
2) post work carb drink+ whey, 2x cereal bars
3)popcorn
4)roast beef - a few slices and lettuce
5)a whole lot of pasta and meat

hmm that's about it, no probs gaining strength and size here :)
