I know cholesterol will worsen when you're on something, the worse being winny/similar, but how serious is this temporary glitch to long term health?
I'm 27 years old, will a cycle here and there that causes my cholesterol to go nuts while on mean I'm at a higher risk for heart disease for the rest of my life? My lifestyle is really healthy generally speaking (don't drink, eat clean year round), other than a cycle once a year and I eat lots of meat.
Right now I'm doing winny for 5 weeks. Doing cardio every day, eating salmon/flax oil daily.
