Dandlion tea, taraxatone, and drink 3 gals + of water a day. Get the water off, but keep eating. May want to switch to fibrous carbs in the evening. I've learned to not make weight. Last comp, I dropped about 10 pounds in 16 hours, and sent myself straight to the emergency room. Still competed, but not quite as strong. I'll never do it again. I set bench and deadlift PRs, but my squat wasn't there due to my kidneys. I say just be fat and give it all you got.![]()
yeah........ i always dropped 20-35lbs for wrestling in high school and always performed like crap........ so all i am really doing so far is eating clean, no desert or cokes, cutting back my milk, and increasing my cardio (ie....sprints, event work, AR, and jeep pushing)
if i make it then i will really be an in shape 250, if not, i will be a really in shape 255 and be a heavyweight.
