well actually im about 50lbs heavier than you......... but i also carry more fat, but strangely enough, the fat is going away just from incorporating sprints....
I was 211 this morning, but if I drank dandelion tea 3 times a day, I'd drop to 195 almost overnight. I'm holding TONS of water.
Dandlion tea, taraxatone, and drink 3 gals + of water a day. Get the water off, but keep eating. May want to switch to fibrous carbs in the evening. I've learned to not make weight. Last comp, I dropped about 10 pounds in 16 hours, and sent myself straight to the emergency room. Still competed, but not quite as strong. I'll never do it again. I set bench and deadlift PRs, but my squat wasn't there due to my kidneys. I say just be fat and give it all you got.
