How many of you juicers have met these benchmarks?

5'8''
200 lbs

Military Press 1.475 x BW = 295 lbs
Bench Press 2.125 x BW = 425 lbs
Squat 1.6 x BW = 320 lbs
Deadlift 1.6 x BW = 320 lbs

These threads are usually full of lies. Here are my numbers at around 200 pounds and drug free.

Squat - 435x3 with a belt and deep
Bench - 315x3
Deadlift - 505
OHS - 225x2
Front Squat - 305x2
Military Press 205
I have also snatched 135 one armed and I have cleaned and pressed the 88lb Kettlebell. That KB is harder than it sounds. Even harder than a 100lb db.

You right about the liars but those guys are morons so who cares.

OHS 225 x 2 is awesome. The most I've ever done is 205 x 1. I'm working on it and my goal is bodyweight x 15 reps. Try that!

i actually was discusiing this with a guy at the gym the other day. so many interent warriors are squatting and pulling so much weight yet my gym is hard core with a ton a of bbers and powerlifters and i never see more than 6 or 7 plates being moved on bars.

That is a lofty goal lol. I haven't really done them in a while, but I used to do them every session. I was training a little differently then though.
