I def agree though you dont see many people squatting more than 275-315, deadlifting more than 315, benching more than 275, and mp more than 225.
Gotta see the looks i get when I DL or when i shrug on the smith machine maxxed out with 16 plates people def stop to spectate.
What amazes me is how some of the big guys dont even put up close to anything i consider heavy....how did they get big without lifting big?????
