How many of you juicers have met these benchmarks?

I just started doing full squat cleans (olympic style) this year... I can only get about 275 lbs. because I think I have some technique issues.
 
Im weighing in around 215-218 right now but ill base these all off 207 bw which is what i last competed at

Military Press 1 x Body weight (standing) x1.33 275lbs
Bench Press 1.5 x Body weight x2.05 425lbs (x2.61 in comp w/ equipment 540lbs)
Squat 2 x BW (real squats boys, below 90 degrees) x2.92 605lbs (x3.26 w/ equipment 675lbs)
Deadlift 2.5 x BW x3.40 705lbs

front squat 405 for 4, lol.....funny thing is i can only do 440-450 for 4 on my back squat. i think this is primarily because of the fact that i've been cleaning since middle school though.

405 for 4 is very strong bro, thats awesome. the most ive done is 405 for 3, but i havent done them heavy in a long time because of the pressure it puts on my knees
 
Here are mine at 200
MP - 215
BP - 445
Squat - 300 I shattered my leg and only have one bone in it so I don't go heavy anymore
DL - 355

Here are mine at 208
MP - 1 215
BP - 1.6 350
Squat - 1.8 340
DL - 2.2 375

The problem with aging isn't the muscles so much as the connective tissue. One RRRRiiip, and you're done!

I know I can go heavier, but not without potential irreversable damage. My numbers are respectable, but nothing to write home about, and certainly not what I am fully capable of.

you use knee wraps? yeah thanks man, i'm trying to get my overall squat up to 600 before my time is up..... :p
 
These threads are usually full of lies. Here are my numbers at around 200 pounds and drug free.

Squat - 435x3 with a belt and deep
Bench - 315x3
Deadlift - 505
OHS - 225x2
Front Squat - 305x2
Military Press 205
I have also snatched 135 one armed and I have cleaned and pressed the 88lb Kettlebell. That KB is harder than it sounds. Even harder than a 100lb db.
