How many of you juicers have met these benchmarks?

Body weight 215 right now.

Military press: Don't know, probably 190ish or 0.9 x bodyweight. Oh, standing? Probably 175ish.
Bench press: 270 or 1.25x body weight
Squat: Don't know max, I rep 325. I am guessing I could do 375+ or 1.75x Body weight
Deadlift: 495 or 2.3X body weight


My bench press is WEAK! :worried:

By the looks of it, I haven't hit any of these "goals" yet.

Who cares about the bench? It's all about the squat and dead and you have a 500lb. DL. Good stuff bro.

Bench 1.46 X BW
Squat 1.51 X BW
Dead 1.91 X BW
Military - Shoulder impingement cannot do. I have done 1.0 in past, probably still could but not worth the pain.

My lower body is lacking. These are tenative figures as I am doing true maxes next week. I'll post the updates when it happens.

I am hoping for

1.5+ Bench
1.6+ Squat
2.0+ Dead

5'9" 165 lbs

Real squat is below parallel, not 90 degrees, 90 degrees is for chumps.

MP: 1.4
Bench: 1.65
Squat 1.9
DL: 2.3

Oh, I weigh 267.
 
Below parallel and below 90 mean the same thing IMO bro.

How about this?

A "real" squat is when the fold in your shorts (at your hip) is below the patella in the bottom position.

Military Press: no clue
Bench: 410, 1.71xbw
Squat 515, 2.15xbw
Deadlift: not too sure, i always did cleans.....best hang clean was 355, 1.48xbw from the ground, no belt, no straps.

Is that a power clean or a full squat clean? Either way, wicked strength.

full....just like Olympic clean and jerk, except without the jerk. full extension, good snap, ass almost touches the ground. not to gloat or anything :Chef: , but i could probably hit around 420ish doing a "hang" clean with straps. that's nothing though....a lineman that i played football with back in college was able to hit over 400, no belt, no straps, from the ground.
