How many of you juicers have met these benchmarks?

body weight right now is down to 220lb.
bench 375 3 set
squat 550 5 set
dl 450 5 set.
mp 275 seated 5 set.

BP - 1x Body Weight 205 lbs.
Squat - 1.12x body weight 225. lbs
DL - 1.12x body weight 225lbs.

Natural and yeah I got awhile to go.

I have also snatched 135 one armed and I have cleaned and pressed the 88lb Kettlebell. That KB is harder than it sounds. Even harder than a 100lb db.
come on, you actually think alot of the shit said on any internet forum is not full of a little bullshit? anyway.....your numbers are higher than alot of the guys on here, lol.

lol. I guess your right. I will admit some of those numbers are old. I don't barbell bench anymore and I haven't pulled a max DL in a while.

i'd figure most wouldn't lie all out and claim to lift an incredible amount of weight but i figure they add a few pounds, so i subtract about 10% off everyone's lifts. :D

The last time I maxed out I was 215lbs, I'm currently 225-228 and am not lifting for strength right now more focused controlled slow movements. All these were 1 rep max in my log book I keep.

MP - 1.3 275lbs
BP - 1.7 375lbs
Squat - 2.25 485lbs
DL - 2.5 - 545lbs
