how many calories on a anavar/winny cycle? (mr. x!!)

whats up bros? im on day 3 of a chinese anavar/winny cycle. anavar at 80ed and winny at 50ed. i have been getting around 3000-3200 calories/day so far with about 360 grams of protein. just wondering if this is the correct amount for me? i am 6', 165 with 8%, looking to put on 10-15 pounds. thanks bros!

The cycle looks awesome, I am sure results will be great. REMEMBER TO CHEW THE TABS UP. ( I know which once you are talking about)

Bulking BMR= 165lb x 20=3300cal daily
50/30/20 ratios---(protein/carbs/fat)
1650 cal from protein=410 g protein a day
990 cal from carbs=250 carbs a day
660 cal from fat=75 g fat a day

Try cycling calories:
Day:
1: 3300
2: 3500
3: 3200
4: 3700
5: 3000
6: 3300
7: 3500

In order to add calories, adjust your protein intake. To decrease calories, I would recommend lowering carbs.
NOTE: try to get most of your fats from EFA's
