How does this happen?

JK, good to see the scale moving in the right direction.....I want to second NOT missing cheat meals.....whoever told you not to cheat is either (a) a moron, (b) someone who does not understand your situation, or possibly both.

Advice - the cheat meals are more important for you than any training or diet management. You must weaken the hold this stuff has on you. In your shoes it's better that you skip the gym for a week completely than miss one of these. If something is going to get in the way of your cheat meals - avoid it at all costs until you get this thing moving and some momentum.
CANT TELL IF THIS WAS SERIOUS OR ANOTHER SLAM...SOUNDS LIKE you are for real, and I realize that...it is extremely importatnt....just need some guidance.....
 
there she is....my trainer almost walked out on me when I said people are saying do not cheat it only results in fat gain...he goes, are you listening to me or them? Gomee some ideas boys. He also changed my diet, here's what I got. Dont ask for macros as he said I am not allowed to question the diet nor add it up......sorry.

You're defeating the purpose of these cheat meals by obsessing about them.
 
If you're going to do this updates thing, start/unlock an actual journal. And don't start pouting every time one of the few people who still think it's worth their time to try to help you says something you don't want to hear.
