How does this happen?

Man..I thought raw oats were better?? Seriously, ill do anything to get rid of this bloat...i know many dudes that eat em raw, mater of fact, this nutrionlists reccomens it to people ho are nasuated, upset stomach, etc.soaks up the acid.

Some people don't have trouble with them, others do. I have raw (ground-up) oats in my shakes and cook them with water in other meals during the day without problems from either method. Cooking them is worth a shot for your bloat.

But again, you're returning to your comfort zone of obsessing about minutiae rather than dealing with bigger issues. Print out a bunch of copies of madcow's last post and tape them around your house, or whatever else will help you understand and remember what he said.

and raw oats fuck me up. it makes me feel like ass and it hurts. so i bet it does the same thing to you.
 
What am I freaking out about??? I am trying to find the culprit of my stomach issues, that is a huge part of this whole program, not a minor detail. I enjoy maybe 1/4 cup raw a few times a day..sometimes I sprinkle them in my cooked oatmeal. It helps to get mor cals and less of a full feeling ,but if thats what it is, ill remove them tomorrow. Damn I had a great first meal today...he's cranked my cals again pb in oats.....heaven!

2 TB OF PEANUT BUTTER....how do you guys measure this seriously? I think I'm underestimating....is it a reg. spoon or a table spoon rounded or flat? Yes, I'm being picky here as I want to make sure to get ENOUGH rather thatn too few.......I also tossed in a handfull of almonds just to make sure I was getting enough

then I had a large whey and egg white shake, 3 whole eggs, and a large coffee....geeze, 40g of fat almost.....thats prob. more than I got all last week...lol....my new motto for all signatures "FUCK DA ABS, THEY ARENT WORTH IT"
 
thanks bro....it aint gonna be easy but it's gotta be done.....as long as I get strong, fuck it all.....one fear is the skinny fat syndrome...impossible with hardcore training, right?

Think my diet is solid? Too many cals too early? Just an inquiry......

I would forget that sort of in between pwo/ppwo meal you got its pointless and will make you gain fat. If you are doing it on the say so of your PT bear in mind they know shit about bodybuilding and a lot about old grannies doing cardio. Stick with what is proven to work i say.

Dude, why don't you just follow what your trainer says to a t. That's what you are paying him for. No offense, buy you seem almost neurotic with all these questions you keep asking.

I was being serious, man.....I DO think you overanalyze and overthink and overplan, but I also do understand your history a little bit. I really think the pwo meal cals are fine.......For me, I make it easier and I make the meals more appealing, but cals are cals, and if this is the way for you to ge tthem in, then I am all for it.......seriously, PWO your cals are not too high, they look good......and the rest of the night is fine, you're not trying to lose or even maintain weight, you need to gain, it is fine to eat a lot after working out all the way up until bed.

ask any bodybuilder when they first started they all gained a little fat along with the bulk of muscle usually the first 3-5 years is the mass part of bodybuilding .

when your body fat is to low your body burns muscle for energy and thats not the best shape to be in if you want to build massive muscle.
from your diet i have seen in the last few pages i doubt your eating 5,000 calories a day that would be around 850 calories 6 times a day.If you were eating 5k a day then you prob dont even need the cheat meals.
