I personally don't see a point in hogging down 300+ g carbs in your PWO and PPWO meals combined.

PPWO brown rice and roughy

I would forget that sort of in between pwo/ppwo meal you got its pointless and will make you gain fat. If you are doing it on the say so of your PT bear in mind they know shit about bodybuilding and a lot about old grannies doing cardio. Stick with what is proven to work i say.

Dude, why don't you just follow what your trainer says to a t. That's what you are paying him for. No offense, buy you seem almost neurotic with all these questions you keep asking.

not worried...its like a hobby for me....I just like to show off what we've constructed, get some solid advice, then utilize it to it's fullest....this wont change for awhile as long as you gys seal it......
