I personally don't see a point in hogging down 300+ g carbs in your PWO and PPWO meals combined.

I would forget that sort of in between pwo/ppwo meal you got its pointless and will make you gain fat. If you are doing it on the say so of your PT bear in mind they know shit about bodybuilding and a lot about old grannies doing cardio. Stick with what is proven to work i say.
