What am I freaking out about??? I am trying to find the culprit of my stomach issues, that is a huge part of this whole program, not a minor detail. I enjoy maybe 1/4 cup raw a few times a day..sometimes I sprinkle them in my cooked oatmeal. It helps to get mor cals and less of a full feeling ,but if thats what it is, ill remove them tomorrow. Damn I had a great first meal today...he's cranked my cals again pb in oats.....heaven!

2 TB OF PEANUT BUTTER....how do you guys measure this seriously? I think I'm underestimating....is it a reg. spoon or a table spoon rounded or flat? Yes, I'm being picky here as I want to make sure to get ENOUGH rather thatn too few.......I also tossed in a handfull of almonds just to make sure I was getting enough
then I had a large whey and egg white shake, 3 whole eggs, and a large coffee....geeze, 40g of fat almost.....thats prob. more than I got all last week...lol....my new motto for all signatures "FUCK DA ABS, THEY ARENT WORTH IT"
