And the almonds. I'm dying to know about the almonds.
Are we talking about a handful of almonds, or a full cup? Is it craziness to eat a whole cup of almonds if you are bulking? Wouldnt you be better eating a spoonful of cottage cheese and 3cc's of skim milk?

I'm thinking that 3 or 4 almonds with the oats is plenty. Don't want to get too full now...right?

Cottage cheese AND 3cc's of skim milk...YOU TALKING CRAZY TALK Hammer.

JK, just start the log on the training board. You're training, lol, so just put it here. You'll get lots of support and there is a good group of posters over here.

Again, like I said in the PM, if you would prefer a strict, pre-planned diet, this will work, just if it were me, I'd add broccoli/spinach/brussels sprouts (not all 3, lol, but pick 1) to one of the meals (would make sense to do it with the steak). I can tell when a bodybuilder wrote somebody a diet because they don't like leafy greens for some reason. But seriously, this is a million times better than you have been eating and really is a decent looking diet template. Once you get comfortable with it, you can start subbing in like-foods for one another to help with boredom.

You won't get fat, start the journal tomorrow too, and STAY OUT OF THE MIRROR for at least 2 months.

Hi Jkurz.. you fucktard dumb-ass piece of shit.

Go eat an almond. Not almonds as in more than one, just one and only one.

Drop dead.

No, House, I have not... I have been working like a madman after being off sick for a couple of weeks... then with this damn tornado, we have had no power for a day and a half...

If you know anyone, let me know...
