BE for real bro....no more questions after today...honestly...I am going toput it to work..I know you dont like it because you feel I should quit maticulating and just friggn eat, which I will...Im just overcoming this pathetic disease and need to follow a patter at first....so be for real....too many cals to start off with will lead to fat gain which will lead to me stopping......so, if you thnk its good and aret just saying that to make me happy, I'm in......my only concern was too many cals to start, the fruit in the second meal serv any purpose, ANDNNDDND....is it too many cals between post training and bed.

I was being serious, man.....I DO think you overanalyze and overthink and overplan, but I also do understand your history a little bit. I really think the pwo meal cals are fine.......For me, I make it easier and I make the meals more appealing, but cals are cals, and if this is the way for you to ge tthem in, then I am all for it.......seriously, PWO your cals are not too high, they look good......and the rest of the night is fine, you're not trying to lose or even maintain weight, you need to gain, it is fine to eat a lot after working out all the way up until bed.

your not trying to gain lean mass your trying to gain mass and body fat,you can lose the fat later deiting down 12 weeks before the show.

ask any bodybuilder when they first started they all gained a little fat along with the bulk of muscle usually the first 3-5 years is the mass part of bodybuilding .

when your body fat is to low your body burns muscle for energy and thats not the best shape to be in if you want to build massive muscle.
from your diet i have seen in the last few pages i doubt your eating 5,000 calories a day that would be around 850 calories 6 times a day.If you were eating 5k a day then you prob dont even need the cheat meals.

good luck
