Blazzin a blunt is the best before hiting the gym. You get all pumped up. Most of the times when you do that alot though you get kinda tired. I have performed good high though i got nice and sore the next day i liked it. I love geting good results after a workout. Hey i have never done any roids before i was wondeing what would a good cycle be. Ive been working out for like 2 years on and off but i wanna get serious into geting huge. Talk to ya later guys :)
 
Back in the day when I had no brain I tried this once. It is not a good idea to smoke weed before a workout. For one you can't lift shit and 2 it's dangerious you have to think when your in the gym are you could get hurt. I hate seeing guys come into my school gym all stoned and just waste space on the machines. I agree with above statements lay off the weed and then start thinking about doing AS.
