Like ZK said, Hemp oil is an excellent source of EFA's. Udo Erasmus claims is a great blend of omega 3's, 6's, and 9's I think.
I would think Alomnd oil would be very good also, but more Monosaturated like olive oil (Not very many Omega 3's)
Almond butter is really good but you can't eat more than one spoonful (for me at least). It gets gross after the first spoonful, but its pretty damn good overall. I guess that helps binging on it like most people do with natty PB.
