Everyone says its protien, If you look at what the experts say that study this shit, whoever the fuck they are? They say that protien doesnt really cause gas. Its almost always carbs, and sometimes fat. I tried all kinds of stuff with protien, enzymes, garlic ect..... no change.Then after reading about the carbs, I found some digestive enzymes for carbs only and started taking them with my carb meals, holy Shit! I completely stoped farting! Fucking amazing!
