definitely a lot better..we actually made a lot of good friendships on here, some good ol fashioned flaming and ribbing was enjoyed and endured by all..and to be honest, we had a lot more people who were hardcore trainers on here. what i mean, we had great athletes who came to chat, not people who only signed on to chat and then work out every once in a while. great mods. great memebers.

Well I train. No one else here does. Nah j/k. There are alot of people on Chat who do actually train but problem is, no one really visits the Training Board here (except Killahbee).

to be honest, it is not really different now from then. the main thing that has changed is the pathetic "flirting" that the newer members try on the girls. Although the girls that regularly post here now show alot more skin in their avatars - and thats a great thing ;)
