whats your waist measurement at your navel? looks like your about 28-30 right? That's my biggest downfall, i have obliques/abs but my waist is just thick from all the squatting and deadlifting. It takes away from the V shape and makes me look alot smaller than i am. ROFLMAO i just measured my waist....37" at navel and i have abs lollolol

it is about 32. it would be about 30 if i got into comp shape. lower back and lower abs are always the last to tighen up for me.

i never really deadlifted much until recently, except for stiff legged. but i actually prefer weighted hypers for my hams.

plus i have never went super heavy. this last year i have incorporated high rack pulls. I always wear a belt when i do rack pulls, standing presses, squats, and t-bar rows. i dont know if the belt helps keep the midsection tight or if that is a myth.

once you get down to 8%, he'll think differently. Your just not as conditioned as before. I think once you drop the BF a touch more you will look sick bro. Get that lower stomach tucked up and you'll look fantastic. I'm the exact same way for cutting. I am at 12% bf right. My top abs show through okay, but I have this little fat pouch around my waist and lower back. It's the last thing to disappear and the first thing to come back when bulking.
