When doing the glute ham raise, how many of you have to give yourself a little push at the bottom?? i dunno if its cause of weak hamstrings and what not, but at the bottom, i dont budge, so i have to give myself a little push off.
Also, these things kicked my hamstrings ass...they're reall y sore today...
and since i dont have a ghr machine, i just did it on the leg curl machine and used that and it worked fine.
Also, once i get stronger at these, could i use bands to add extra resistance to the movement?
