G Plenish Nasty stuff!!

You know its not even the taste that bothers me its the fact that it will not mix for shit. I know I tried to mix it dry with protien then slowly add water which works best IMO but it still has chucks which don't go down so smooth. As for the guy that recommended me to eat it dry you are a piece of work!!! I took a nice large scoop and placed it on my tongue and waited for it to break down. It turned to clue in my mouth and I sat over the sink blowing powder out of my mouth and scraping it from the roof of my mouth. LOL.LOL

that's like when I heard a DJ on the radio give a guy advice that he should put Icy Hot on his balls before he shaves them..

I blend mine with about 2-3 oz. natural pomegranite juice AND a packet of splenda.. it's like a shooter..
was awful at first almost gagged.. but now 2 weeks into it I'm thinking about dropping the splenda.. it just tastes like a little sand is mixed in.. not too bad.. agreed - benefits outweigh as far as muscle preservation while dieting
 
Am I the only that thinks it adds a rather unique flavor to my shake? I have it with a Prolab oatmeal cinnamon shake and toss in some avena sativa which adds this barky flavor. All in all it tastes very....natural for lack of a better word.

ps what a bunch of babies!! This is the ANABOLIC board!!!
 
5 scoops ON chocolate mint whey, three tablespoons natural peanut butter, three heaping tablespoons G-Plenish. Copious amounts of water, blend. Split into two shakers, bring them to work/school/whatever and sip on it throughout the day. Can't taste the peptides. All-day anabolic coctail. Cutting or bulking, aswesome.

So I get my GPlenish in the mail today....

I see this clear container with some cream colored powder in it... I had heard all the stories about taste so I wanted to see for myself. I took a spoon full and tosed it in my mouth, then washed it down with some water. I can say I don't know what all the crying is about, the stuff is not that bad. Even when some of the powder stuck to the roof of my mouth and I had to curl my tounge to scrape it off. wasn't that bad. nothing a little water cant wash down...

HERE IS WHAT A MEMBER WROTE FOR US:





Steps to taking G-Plenish for those with sensitive taste-buds:

1. Get a shaker bottle; make sure it is completely dry inside.
2. Add protein powder in a ratio of 2-2.5 scoops (NON-FRUIT FLAVORED) per heaping tablespoon of G-Plenish
3. Close the bottle and shake. No liquid is in the bottle at this point.
4. Add liquid to desired level. I drink my shakes weak (10 oz. of water per scoop of protein). Consider adding slightly less water than you normally would to exclusively protein.
5. Shake well. Let sit for a minute. Shake well again.
6. Drink

Additional tips: Add cinnamon, additional sweetener (splenda, etc.), or a small amount of rum/almond extract. These tips will work wonders for you in the taste department.

And if you decide you can't stand the taste, send it to me. I'll eat it with a spoon.
