Funny story about shoulder day.

Today was shoulder+lower back day (also my day off). Right after I got home from the gym, my uncle calls and asks if I can help him doing some painting. I groan and say ok, because our family is pretty close and he has done things for me.

He was painting ceilings.

ROFLMAO, you should have seen me struggling to hold a 5 pound roller (+paint) up there!
