ok my friend has been lifting with me for quite some time now...he only takes protein..lately he has not gotten any bigger and also hasent went up in weight on anything...he wants to take a supplement.i have reccomened either no2 or a creatine like a v12 or endocre maybe even animal pack or stack w/e it is..wut do you guys think would suit him best?...any suggestions??
