friend reached a plateau needs advice

ok my friend has been lifting with me for quite some time now...he only takes protein..lately he has not gotten any bigger and also hasent went up in weight on anything...he wants to take a supplement.i have reccomened either no2 or a creatine like a v12 or endocre maybe even animal pack or stack w/e it is..wut do you guys think would suit him best?...any suggestions??
 
If he's not gaining weight, that's a sure fire sign that he's NOT consuming enough calories. Have him jump up to 1.5g/lb of protein in his bodyweight (i.e. 200lbs = 300g protein) and eat a rough ratio of 2:1 (carbs to protein) after workout.

also, maybe change the routine around if its been the same for a while. dont waste money on no2... get AAKG or plain ol arginine , arginine a lot cheaper. and could try the CEE fgrom AF store
 
Upping the calories as previously mentioned is key, just make sure they are CLEAN. Adding a creatine product should help as well, CEE helped me bust out of a fairly depressing plateau. As far as NO or similar products go, I dont feel that they will directly add much to his gains, HOWEVER, a killer pump is a great motivator, mentally speaking, and so could easily increase his intensity, and therefore his gains.
 
The NO2 is one of the best supp. out there. They recovery time is unbelieveable no matter how long or hard you work the next day your not even real sore makes you feel like you can just work out again. With NO2 and CEE together he should bust threw his plateu in no time. THey both work hand in hand and will had madd pumps and growth and strentgh.
