what about a race to 240, i have 3 weeks of fall ball left, then its time to pack on some muscle, no more of this cutting crap. Ill probably be about 200 even at the end. I want to get up to about 240 then cut back down to 225.
Personal Plan: Westside Training and a good diet, possibility of other assitances but not sure.
