Weekly wrap up
Weeks been good. I've caught the flu towards the second end of the week which missed a training session on the weekend. Being sick and sweaty always causes some skin issues on my back unfortunately.
Weight
Sitting around 94kg, approximately 800g down on last wee. Calories have been around 2300 with flexibility. Went out for an event which put my calories higher than needed.
Training
Training is going well with lower reps higher weight. Dropped the sets down to 4. Since I am sick i'll use this week as a deload and get in and do some light movements. The following week will be a repeat of this weeks weights and reps.
