split it, you want to try to keep your levels as even as possible throughout the day. and eat clean foods like crazy, complex carbs and lots of protien. I just started using it so I'm not an expert, just passing along wht I've found in my research. I heard alot of comments on sub-q vs. intra muscular, both are fine and many say it works well with site injections but I havent seen any documented studies/proof. It is also excellent to use during PCT to keep your gains and even add some lbm. It does give you crazy pumps to the point of being almost painful, I am absolutely in love with stuff, I'm gonna keep the empty vials in a religous shrine. I am running UG media grade so I am hitting it at 80 mcg a day, if yours is not receptor grade you may want to bump it up to 80mcg or 100 mcg if your are over the 200 lb mark. (I _think_ the Igtropin , seems to be alot of controversy over it)
