1/4 of the kids in the US are under the poverty line. That is higher than any other industrialized nation.

Help them first, then worry about the babies.

that doesn't mean they are dieing of starvation, and I find it hard to believe that a quarter of our nations children are under the poverty line.....

I grew up poor, I am still here...My mother was on welfare, but she got off. Because she actually worked. A lot of adults on welfare will continue to have babies in order to take advantage of the benefits. I know because I witnessed it first hand.
