feels like wrists are about to snap on certain curls.. help

hey..
whenever i try to do Standing Barbell Curls or EZ-Curl Bar Curls.. it feels like my wrists are about to snap everytime.. it fucking cains, so ive stopped doing them.
what's the correct form to do these?? cos i thought i had the right form but apparently not
please help
 
same thing happens to me too, but maybe diamond is right, and possibly reducing the weight will correct this problem, thats what ill try anyway, good luck.
 
A few points here...how close is your grip? Ultraclose grips on that exercise can fry your wrists, move em out. It is also possible that you have weak wrists and forearms, then you must take a reverse grip on the ez bar curl bar and this will build your wrists and forearms and leave wrist strain to a minimum
