i used to be in pretty darn good shape before my 2 year layoff cuz of injuries. i was never the strongest as i trained for endurance primarily as i fought competitively and also tried to remain under 165 pounds. when i was 22 i could bench 245 for 12 reps, dl 315 for 10 and squat 365 for 10 @ 165 pounds. my goal was always 15 reps per weight. dont grill me on stupidity is not the point here. i got upto 35%bf and 220 pounds approx during my in hospital/surgery/injury time. since dec/januarish when my rehab started i have cut to 185ish pounds and 21%bf as of last week. i walk into popeyes today and this squidgelet overweight pudge monkey starts chatting with me and getting into routine and supps and stuff and starts giving me grief for how i train. in the last 6 months from myself being a fat fuck i am now significantly in better shape than him. i just wanted to ring his fucking neck. stupid penis wrangling cock dick toucher. i was about to go gladiator on him. good thing he wasnt wearing glasses
