Fast Workouts ???

If your on roids thats one thing, but when natural as far as weight training goes, get out of there in an hour if not less! After 45 minutes GH levels start to drop and your just working yourself into a hole.

I have done mild cardio after as well for 15-20 minutes, you can do that if you want, although I prefer to feed the muscles PRONTO, so I do cardio later which really isn't cardio for me, I just go for a walk to keep my metabo jogged a bit (I sit at a damn desk all day at work).
 
45 min to 1 hour for me also. When Im doing power exercises ie power cleans, squats, and heavy bench presses I have to take 1.5 min to 3 min inbetween sets.
 
6.5 hours - 7 days a week and I still weigh 120lbs.

45 - 1.15 minutes and then is chow time.
