I'm in the 5th week of 60mg var/500mg eq and ever since last Sat morning I have been experiencing some intense muscle stiffness. Particularly my lower back, but also my mid back hip flexors, and hamstrings. The only explanation I can think of is I lifted legs on Fri and it's possible that I may have gone to heavy on squats resulting in this pain. I have never experienced this degree of stiffness(side effect??) before in my life. It's pretty bad. Usually I can touch my toes no problem. If I bend down now, I really have to stretch just to touch my freakin knees. Last night and today were the worst. I don't know if this is part of the problem, but since I lifted on Fri, I have been on the couch, with basically no physical activity. Should I be stretching, or just resting?? I'll take tommorow off from the gym again, but I really need this thing to heal up for Wed. What could this be from, and what could I do to help the healing process?
